Toyota Highlander 2008 3.5 V6 hard crank and start after engine wash?

Hi,

I have a Toyota Highlander 2008 V6 3.5 Limited with 208k miles. 3 days ago I washed the grille and radiator with garden hose. I noticed the water got inside the engine compartment at the bottom, no water on the fuse box or the coils. I tried to start it and only did after 3 slow cranks. Thought the starter got shorted, took it to Autozone, tested bad got a brand new one, installed it, engine cranked fine for 1 day, and then on a cold morning it did the same: very slow crank and hard start. After the engine warms up it cranks and starts fine. Alternator and battery also tested, both ok. Engine runs fine after start, no engine codes. Please help, thank you

Well water only got at the bottom, and engine runs fine after starting. More like a electrical issue
