Only a good mechanic can tell you that with a thorough examination before purchase.

We have no idea where you are or what the market is like in your area. Check local comparables and sites such as Kelley Blue Book to get an idea of fair pricing. Chances are if it's at a dealer it's overpriced and they will try to upsell you to a variety of useless, overpriced addons.
You can check carcomplaints.com to get an idea of inherent problems, recalls, and TSBs.
