Hey Scotty, I want a 2nd Generation Toyota Solara but want to know which one is the best to buy? And will parts be hard to find being that a small quantity of them were produced, they were produced within a small window period of years and it having limited aftermarket parts? Also is the 2az-fe a complete No-No or can the excessive oil consumption possibility be caught early or just repair it down the line provided it isn't too expensive?

I never have any problems buying parts for solara is it basically just a fancy Toyota Camrys.only thing I would check out on a used one is if it's really high mileage you want to make sure that the transmission and engine is still good which any mechanic can check out and of course don't over pay
