Really depends what you want if you want long life you're better off with a four-cylinder if you want more power and towing you need to be six

What about 2 wheel drive vs 4 wheel drive?

Depends on your area & intention. I think a truck without 4wd is silly, but im also from the north. Besides, it comes in handy for a rainy tailgate or something random like that.

It depends on what you need.

If you have to ask, then you probably don't need 4WD.

Was just interested in having a Tacoma for local city/suburban driving. Hang out, go to work, move minor light things, and yes...The snow that sometimes falls in Lower New York State. The few snow storms that we had in 2021 and 2022, had my sienna having to go slow and carefull...so I stuck on the main roads till the plows got rid of it in 3 days. Was thinking I want something good for the snow ready at any time. Anyway...Just want to know if a 4x4 on a Tacoma is worth it or a real bad nightmare. (Not MPG, but repairwise and/or durability)
