Scotty I have a 2017 Tacoma with 22000 miles on it. I am the original owner. I have noticed that in cooler temperatures the power steering make a growling / whining noise for the first few minutes when I am turning. I park it on a incline. What could be wrong ?

Is the fluid at the proper level?
