- Hi All! Got an 07 Honda Civic, 1.8, Auto, with 242k on er. It runs fine until it reaches below 40 degrees outside. On cold start up it idles rough up and down , and sometimes it surges while driving still cold not warmed up yet. Sometimes it throws an all cylinder misfire. Replaced air filter, maf, cleaned out throttle body (did the relearn as well) new plugs , replaced a leaky valve cover , adjusted valves while in there as well, Cleaned egr .. thinking last step is replacing throttle body the tps and iac valve are not serviceable to my knowledge as they are part of the throttle body .. just looking for suggestions thank you !

With that many miles on it odds are you need to change the fuel injectors. They have to work perfectly when an engine is cold and one worn they won't. You've already done the obvious things like math sensor and all that stuff
Thank you for the help sir I'll tinker with it sometime!
