Which one will be better to buy? I live in Canada
The Toyota has the twin turbo v6 so the longevity is unknown at this time. Obviously Toyota has a better record than Ford so if you had to buy one now I would go with the Toyota.
No way to know as they are brand new to the market.
I would bet the Toyota will be better in all categories.
The quality and dependability of the new Tundra is unknown at this point, but the poor reliability and cheap build quality (oxymoron) of the F150 is well documented. I'd gamble on the Tundra all day long.
I’d place my bets in the Tundra. That’s based on the reputation of Toyota. And owning or constantly driving several Toyota products over the last twenty years.
If I were to go Ford, I’d go with the V6 naturally aspirated. The V8 has cylinder deactivation.
Go with the Tundra.
Most people here know that Toyota Tundras don't have V8s anymore. They only offer 3.5L V6 twin-turbocharged engine or the hybrid version of the variant. Ford's quality has been going down over the years overall especially their 10-speed automatic transmissions. So I would go with Toyota Tundra.
