Toyota Tundra smoking on startup

Hey Scotty, this is a question that my dad wants to find out about his truck, he says when he first starts it up,  it starts to smoke, he said that it possibly was the radiator fluid so He change the radiator fluid, it still does it,  this is only occurring at a cold start up and after about five minutes it goes away, the truck drives great after that, what could it be?

Please provide the year and mileage.

Also what color is the smoke?

White smoke indicates water or coolant leak in to the combustion chamber. Can be condensation from sitting occasionally but no regularly. Or head gasket.

Blue smoke is oil burning.

Black smoke means fuel mix is rich. Usual when engine is cold and in choke mode.

What year and mileage on you dad's Tundra??

Blue smoke on startup is likely valve stem oil seals.

White smoke; couple of possibilities.

If loosing coolant with no apparent external leaks could be head gasket letting coolant into the combustion chambers.

If not loosing coolant, it's normal condensation burning off.
