Any thoughts on a Toyota 1995 T100 SR5 engine? Claims 131,000 miles on rebuilt engine. Before I go look at it, I'd like some comments. Picture looks good.
Even though the engine is supposed to have 131k miles, the rest of the pickup is a 26 yr old vehicle, even a Toyota...have to look out for frame rot. And it's been mentioned, who rebuilt the engine?? will make big difference if it's worth it or not.
Problem with pictures is they're taken to make it look as good as possible. Lost count of how many vehicles I've looked at, that looked good, but once seeing in person, I couldn't run away fast enough, lol. 🤣

Absolutely true about pictures. Always the best put up. It looks good. Its more of a function I am concerned with. Ugly costs less. LOL
Those are great trucks but you want to make sure that the engine was rebuilt by a reputable mechanic.
Thanks. I will ask about it. He wants $3000 for it. If trans are decent etc. needing a rebuild or a used engine 100,000 miles down the road would be ok. I keep my vehicles over 300,000 miles. LOL
