Toyota turbo engine vs Honda v6 engine

which vehicle will you recommend? Grand highlander Platinum Max with turbo engine or Honda Elite with a V6 naturally aspirated engine?

Scotty almost always normally advises against turbo charged engines because naturally aspirated engines last longer. The turbochargers build up a lot of pressure inside of the engine so the combustion components wear out faster. That's why he recommends the naturally aspirated engines (Honda V6 in your case). However the Hondas still make interference engines so be sure to change the timing belt at the manufacturer's recommended interval or every 100,000 miles.

If you want better fuel mileage, the Toyota as you are referring to the Hybrid Max powertrain, the same one that's in the Lexus TX500h.
