2010 Toyota Venza how to change transmission fluid?

I have a 2010 Toyota Venza with 109,000 miles. I bought it used in 2015 and I don't believe the transmission fluid has ever been changed. I know it's a "sealed" transmission and that it's bad to "flush" transmissions. Is it best to drain as much as I can and replace exactly the amount I drain? Since there's no dipstick, where do you add fluid?

With that mileage, and since you don’t know the history of the vehicle, it may not be a good idea. Here’s what Scotty has to say - https://youtu.be/ctpVCWjd8b4

There should be a fill bolt/plug in the side of the transmission, where you can fluid. When it starts dripping out, it means it’s full.

If you do decide to change the fluid and bad things happen after, save the old fluid so you can put that back in.
