Hi, what does Scotty think or what is the general consensus on Toyota's made at the Mississippi facility in the US? I am looking at buying a used 2018 Toyota Corolla L FWD 1.8L I4, 37,954 miles (advertised $20K); single owner
VIN: 5YFBURHEXJP780064; STOCK: 195587AC
Thanks so much!

Toyota makes good cars in the US. Even the ones made in Mexico are decent. Realize that the engine and transmission is still made in Japan and the car is assembled here.
I did not know that the Toyotas built in the USA have engines and transmissions that were manufactured in Japan.
Good to know!

$20k for a used 2018 model is too much. A brand new Corolla L trim is $20,454
Our '21 Corolla SE was made there and has been great....but $20k for that one you're looking at is too much $$$.
