Good morning I have a question in regards to a 2006 Toyota sienna ce with an automatic transmission. I seen your videos on trans fluid changes. I seen you said if you trans fluid is dark don’t change it. When my cv axle broke and I pulled the cab out my transmission fluid was dark my questions should I drain it and add what i drained out or should I leave it. The minivan has 190 thousand miles and it runs great and shifts perfect to this day

Chances are at 19 years old and nearly 200K miles, presumably without any maintenance, you should leave it alone at this point. However see the FAQ for details on transmission fluid issues.
