I just bought a lemon. Just had the transmission rebuilt, 2002 chevy suburban, was it worth it? Also one of the button on the overhead light popped inside the dome how do I fix that?

With a mini flat blade screw driver you will be able to gently pry open the plastic lens. I'm sure there's a u tube video for this. Remove bulb and replace with same. A new suburban costs 70k and up. Gm 5.3 engines are very reliable. Unless you have more than blue book value in this you're in good shape.
