If you were to drive an automatic transmission with the stick mode option all the time and never use the drive option would it do less where then if you were to use the drive

It doesn’t matter at all. If you’re shifting it correctly (not reving the engine too much) it can’t do any harm or additional wear.

No. Consider that you still have the base automatic transmission and with the manual mode, you only change the shifting time.

No. Automatics shift better than humans.
