2002 F150 5.4 triton 188,452 miles
I have to rev it up to over 2000 rpms to get it to start moving then it acts like I neutral dropped it. Reverse is fine. Fluid is fairly pink good level.

you're lucky you got 200k out of it without service.

transmission is probably worn out. Take it to a transmission shop.
was it serviced regularly?
that's what I was afraid of. No it wasn't serviced regular. I called a couple and they said it was shot. Hard to trust everyone.

Engine runs great. No hesitation. When shifting into drive the rpms go up like normal but doesn't feel like it pops into gear.
