Hey Scotty I have a 2019 Honda Passport and it jumps and sputters between 1st and second gear. The dealership says it's normal but I have never seen this before with out there being a bigger problem smdh

The dealership says it's normal
The dealership would say it was normal if the transmission fell out in the road.
If it's still under warranty try a different dealer. If out of warranty find a good independent mechanic to check it out.
