I changed the transmission fluid yesterday for my 2010 Honda CR-V. Honda dealer suggested that I change it twice since it was way dirty. The transmission fluid was changed at 90 thousand, but I’m not sure what kind of oil was used. It now has 109 thousand. Do this make sense?

May I only changed it once maybe then change it a few thousand miles later if you want to be a fanatic
