Hey there! I wanted to ask if it would be safe to change the transmission fluid in my 2006 Nissan 350z? It has an automatic transmission. It has exactly 60,005 miles on it and the fluid has never been changed. I checked the color of the transmission fluid and it was just a little bit on light brown. Not dark brown or black. I know flushes are bad but would it be safe to do a drop pan partial change? Some mechanics tell me not to do it all and some tell me it depends on the condition of oil. I’m very conflicted.

Every 5 years/60k miles is recommended. You are fine to change it out..
