What's the easiest and cheapest way to have tires stick out past the fender of my 2004 Corolla?

I want to attach a few pictures also, but cannot find an option for that.

Upload your images to a file hosting website (such as imgur/postimages) and post the links here.

Why on earth would you want to do that?

In some states it's illegal to have your tires stick out beyond the fenders as it is considered to be a hazard to pedestrians.

Plus IMO it looks dumb

And it may mess up your suspension and handling.

Pretty much want to do it to give my car a different look.

Forget it.  It's illegal in most states and it going to royally mess up your suspension by exceeding its engineering design limits.

I am in California.

I feel sorry for you that you are in California.

if you have standard steel wheels, go old school and get baby moons for them.

any good speed shop will know what they are.

or chrome reverse wheels?

don't do that

Any cheap chrome rims I can buy instead?

nice rims aren't cheap. Hubcaps?
Bumper stickers ... license plate holder... fuzzy dice? I dunno ...
I don't think it's worth it man

Of course, you can really screw your car up and get wheel spacers.
