Vehicle: 2013 Highlander 135,000 miles
I just had transmission service (pan/drop and filter change) done on my son's vehicle. Fortunately, there was a transmission dipstick! I checked the ATF level after driving home (5 minutes, 2 miles) and the dipstick showed level to be about 1/4 of an inch above the max line. Is this a problem? If it is, how do I adjust the level to the max line? Thank you-
Is this a problem?
If you checked it correctly, yes
how do I adjust the level to the max line?
suck it out the dipstick tube
The dipstick tube is very long - how would I do that? P.S. I'm not a mechanic! Thank you-
I'm not a mechanic either, but I would use a long thin tube and maybe a big syringe or oil transfer hand pump

With a fluid extractor.
