Got 2000 toyota corolla with 130 k miles on it can I safely change trans fluid or don't touch it .let me know .

Unless you have service records showing that it was changed I wouldn't touch it

What is the history of the car, how long have you had it? I am guessing you don't know if it has been changed?
What does the fluid look like?
