Scotty,
I know you talked about transmission flush for older cars but in my case, it is a unique situation.
I have a 2007 Lexus IS350 but has ONLY 45,000 miles on it. Do you recommend transmission flush in this case?
And do you recommend coolant change?

No, do not do a transmission flush on your car. I would change the transmission fluid and filter- drain and refill only.

Just another way for a dealer to separate you from your money for no reason. Coolant change - Yes. Trans fluid change - Yes. Flush trans - No.
