What's your opinion on a 2003 Lexus IS300 with 90,000 miles? Is it a good buy?

I would be careful with this one. You didn't mention any other information- where it's being sold, price and if it's been in a wreck/flood or not. Before even making a final decision, have a mechanic do both a wet and dry compression test on the engine. If the engine needs a rebuild, walk away and look at something else.
