2014 Ford E-250 4.6L V8 Super Duty. 197,700 miles. Automatic transmission.
Vehicle jerks forward when shifting from park to drive.
Vehicle jerks back when letting go of the gas on the freeway 30mph and up. Vehicle jerks when accelerating after stopping. My mechanic told me I needed a full tune up prior to these array of issues. A green wrench symbol also came upon my dash but went away. Can anyone please help me figure out why this issue could be happening? Vehicle was driving perfectly before I visited the mechanic for a checkup.

What exactly did they do to your vehicle? Did they provide you with an itemised bill? Did you already scan for any codes?
Well when the green ranch comes on it means there's a problem you need another mechanic the scan the tool will tell you what the problems are you can email me all the codes. Many things can do that but from my experience with those often it's a failure in the transmission system but I would need codes.
