Hello mate, I have a MITSUBISHI TRITON MN -KA4 2.5L DIE 4D56T I4 16v DOHC I/C Turbo CRD {100kW}. For the past 6 months Ill be driving along, ease of the accelerator and all of a sudden the car engine shuts down. I put it into neutral whilst still moving, turn the key and it starts immediately. Sometimes it happens a few times, sometimes i'll go days without it happening. At first I thought it was the EGR, so i took the EGR off, and the inlet manifold and cleaned all the junk out. I thought i had fixed the problem as it didn't do it for a couple of weeks. Then started doing it again. Next i replaced the Suction Control Valve, worked well for a bit, then started stalling again. I then started getting a engine error code P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor, I replaced it with a new Sensor, again, went well for a few days, now the code is coming back and the car will hardly start now, also i am now getting the code P0219 Engine Overspeed Condition. I am starting to pull my hair out, can you. possibly give me any idea what i should probably look at, I was thinking of spraying to connector on the Engine Control Unit with contact cleaner. What do you think i should do?

Love your Youtube channel mate

You need to diagnose it further. This might help:

Thanks mate, im hoping its only the wiring, can't check the reluctor wheel as the sensor is on the back on the engine in a tight spot. Fingers crossed its the wiring.

You'er welcome. Hopefully, it is just the wiring.
