have a friend that has a 2002 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 200000 miles. Two wheel drive. It ran great over two years and then all of a sudden won't start. It will turn over. It is getting gas. Though I don't think its getting any ignition or spark. I plugged my zr13 scanner and there is no power coming thru the obd2 port. I have no connection at all with the computer. I looked all around the engine bay and there are 5 different ground wires that have been snipped and moved. It obviously has had some wiring issues. I wanted to know since there is power to everything in the truck but no power thru the obd port if the computer could be fried. Or could a security system model have gone bad and it won't let me access the computer or crank. Wat advice should I give him.
