If we talk about 5-seater cars, you can buy a new car in this medium, for example, I have a Kia Stonic that I bought with a Hot club member discount for less than 110 thousand new NIS.
A 7-seater vehicle will cost more in licensing, insurance, and usually will also consume more fuel.

In terms of the options you presented, referring to the fact that you only want a vehicle with an automatic transmission:
Renault Kangoo (1) - first of all, it is a poor, commercial and old French car, it has been produced since the mid-2000s without changes, it is a vehicle based on the second generation Renault Megane. You can forget about the 1.2 engine, the engine somehow turned out worse for Renault than even the robot installed in it. And the second option, a 1.6 gasoline engine with an automatic transmission, is not very good - the engine is reasonable, but the Renault Megan gearbox is questionable.

And all this assuming that you have one bed with 7 places automatically.
So far, every one I've seen with a 7-seater has been a manual, usually a 1.5 turbo diesel (excellent engine) with a manual transmission.

Citroen Berlingo (2) – here there are two versions, the new and the old.
The old one is very similar to the Renault Kangoo, it is based on the chassis of vehicles from the 80's and it is a wagon - here too I doubt if there is one with an automatic transmission and 7 seats, in my opinion they only came with a disgusting robotic transmission.

The new Berlingo is a good, modern vehicle with an excellent transmission, but there is a huge catch.
Gasoline engines on Citroen are not reliable for the long haul, it is a small 3 cylinder with turbo, direct injection fuel system, problematic timing belt - they are simply not suitable.
Diesel engines are a different story, the engine is a 4 cylinder, reliable and good made by Ford - but, and this is a huge but, there are problems with the exhaust system. There is a class action lawsuit going on at the moment, so I would follow to see where it goes.
The cost of the repair is many thousands.

If you can live with the thought that someday you will have to deal with an exhaust system on a diesel and pay thousands of shekels for it - in other respects, these are reasonable vehicles.

Or maybe a Peugeot 5008, with a 1.5 diesel engine, it's the same manufacturer with the same problems, but it's also an excellent car in other aspects.

But be aware, if you're already going for a Citroen, then so is the Speedorer (the new Grand C4).
Old has a bad reputation, new is a different story, especially with a 2.0 diesel engine and 6 speed gearbox.

Mitsubishi Outlander (3) - a much better car. The girls have such a DA.
All in all, this is a car of a better level than a French commercial, here it really is a spacious car, beautiful, just fun.
However, be aware, she has a Jatco continuous gear that drives well, but over time causes problems and costs a fortune to repair.

After all, if I wanted to mess with a continuous gear, I would actually recommend a Nissan X-Trail diesel.
It is more economical, and in my opinion also more successful, but it is the same chalk with the same problems.

Prius Plus (4) - excellent car. In terms of the ride, it is less good than a tall and beautiful Jeep, but record reliability.
An anecdote worth knowing about is that the aforementioned vehicle is not really a "Prius", it is based on the "new Corolla" (ie the series produced from 2008 to 2017).
The problem with vehicles of this type is that they have a hybrid battery, and like a battery, one day it will fail - the cost of the battery at the importer is usually around NIS 8,000, I would recommend checking before you buy because there is no question at all if the battery will die, the question is Only when (usually when the vehicle is 10-15 years old)

Toyota Verso (5) – this is also a high class vehicle, it is based on the Abensis. (compared to the previous generation which was based on the Corolla). The continuous transmission on these vehicles is relatively reliable compared to the other continuous transmissions on the market, however the repair cost is very high, and in my opinion it is better to take a Prius Plus because it has a different "electric continuous" transmission (it does not have the components of a normal continuous transmission at all, only two electric motors) and About a hundred and there are no chalk problems.

Regarding all Chevy and American vehicles - I recommend not to touch it, a huge headache.

Personally, I would take a Prius (economical, reliable, safe - what else do you need?)

Or if you really want a "prettier" car, then a Sorento or Santa Fe diesel (it is absolutely forbidden to touch gasoline!) They will cost over NIS 100 for vehicles with 100 km or less. If you have 140,000 then there are some in really new condition with less than 50,000 km - just check that they have 6 gears and not 8 (8 is very rare, I've only seen it so far in the newest ones - you must not touch 8 gears because it's a gear Double clutch with a wet clutch, which is a great way to lose 10 thousand plus on a gear overhaul)

In addition, there are Czech and German vehicles in the field and they drive excellently, especially with diesel, but the double-clutch robotic transmission of the "Wagiots" is problematic - but on the other hand, vehicles that drive really well.

There is also an X-Trail Diesel and a Speedorer Diesel as mentioned above
The other options I see are older vehicles, for example a Mazda 5, or a Subaru B9 "Tribeca".
