Scotty, longtime follower. I’ve owned my Tundra since new. I made mistake of overfilling oil by several quarts. I know better ... but ... in a rush.
I’ve replaced Timing belt and water pump. Engine noise is deafening when standing nearby. I have tried removing accessory ‘serpentine’ belt (all accessories) but loud squeal continues.
Please any suggestions much appreciated. I’ve talked to several mechanics who are experienced, but nobody has any suggestions. Sound is like metal scraping on metal. Truck sat in one place last winter for several months, in Arkansas.
Thank you! 😀

Sounds to be a worn belt issue most likely.
