My 2012 Lexus LS460 does not have a cap on the radiator. It has a plastic fill tank/reservoir. Will the devices Scotty reviewed that detect leaking head gaskets work if testing is performed at the reservoir opening?

Not 100% sure but I think you would need to add additional coolant to the reservoir in order for the leak test tube to contact the fluid.
You would also need to run the engine to circulate the coolant before you do the test.
Look at the leak test kit on Amazon that Scotty recommends and see if you think it would fit.
