Scotty,
I’m trying to make a 2001 Toyota tundra last as long as possible. It has 230k miles on it, and to my knowledge, the automatic transmission has never been changed. I know completely changing or flushing the transmission could do more harm then good. Any advice on any preventative maintenance I could do?
Maybe just add a small amount of new
fluid over time? Shifts halfway decent right now.
Thanks,
Eric

What does the fluid look like? It depends on what "halfway decent" means.
