After a bit of research I am planning to buy a Toyota Tundra V6 RWD 2005-2006 in NYC.
I am staying away from the V8 AWD listening to your advice about potential expensive maintenance.
I am just driving 3-5k a year and need the truck for my skincare business. I will build a little store on top of the long bed (about 800lb heavy).
Is the Tundra V6 from 2005-06 a good option and what should I look after? I have a Bluedriver and will check for frame rost and test drive it anyway. Do the V6 also have the same rear differential as the V8 that could be expensive to fix?

I still say V8 RWD would be better for this application. The V6 is going to be straining pulling all that extra weight.
