2006 Pontiac Torrent, 228k km, 6 cly.
All turn signal operations function when used; when not in use turn signal is heard clicking intermittently, sometimes very fast.
Checked fuses used for turn signal system, functioning.
What more can I do before bringing it into a garage?

Get a new relay.
