[Solved] Types of TOYOTA Transmission Fluid

I’m looking to do a transmission fluid drain and fill on my 2012 Lexus IS250 but after doing some research, I see TOYOTA TYPE T-IV and TOYOTA ATF WS. Which is the correct fluid for my car? 

 

Also, would a drain and fill be a good idea at 119k miles. Not sure about the service history on it.

I would drain and fill now (with filter change if applicable).  Then from this point onward stick to every 40,000-50,000 miles (I know Care Care Nut says 60,000 miles).
