1995 Camry (Toyota).. 198,899km..
Logbook over the next page says Under special and abnormal driving conidtions "Replace Timing Belt"
I doubt we do any... abnormal conditions .. We just do drive to shops and Church..
So I think We dont need to do it. last time we change the timing was $300. and over 5 years ago..
Timing belts deteriorate both due to age and mileage. If you had it changed 5 years ago and it's been less than 60,000 miles since then (Toyota recommended change interval) the belt should be OK, just inspect it for deterioration and wear. If it's been 60,000 miles or more you should replace the belt.

It looks like both the 2.2L and 3.0 engines available in the Camry at that time (you failed to state which you have) are non-interference type. So if the belt breaks it won't destroy the engine but it will leave you stranded, potentially in a bad situation, and you would need to have the car towed.
