Hey Scotty, got a 2003 Toyota Tacoma, its got 133K miles, automatic transmission that I recently bought privately. I took it to my mechanic and they said that the truck looks to be in good shape. They just want to know when the fluids were done. The owner couldn't remember, but did tell me that the Radiator and Transmission fluids were changed at 80K miles. How can I find out what maintenance was done, and when, if the previous owner doesn't remember or doesn't have paperwork.
Just change them all to be on the safe side.
The transmission fluid is due for a change now (50,000-60,000 miles).
Once you change them all out, follow the service interval mentioned in your owner’s manual.
All the best & congratulations on your new truck!
There is no way to know if the owner doesn't remember.
I would do as @InThrustWeTrust said and change them all. Fluids are cheap. Transmissions and motors aren't.
