I accidentally ran over a divider in the middle of the road and there is no damage to the car as far as I can tell, it still runs smoothly and everything, do you think I should take it to a professional just to get it checked out in case there is some damage to the car?
Used 2018 Toyota Corolla from local dealership

I would take it to a front end/alignment shop and check for wheel damage, steering and suspension component damage, etc. and to check alignment.

Take a look under the front of the car make sure you didn't break anything
Park over a piece of cardboard and make sure no fluids are leaking out
