2007 Suzuki SX4 with 227200 kilometers (got the car at 219842 km) so the car has been overheating a lot recently and I would like to hear your opinion on it, I had a mechanic changed the thermostat, took out the water pump and it is good, the radiator is good basically fixed and changed everything in the cooling system but the car still over heats like the temp gauge just goes up and come backs down then goes up and stays there for a while and then goes back to normal, I took it to a mechanic to check out the entire system he said everything is working and said that it could be the head gasket. I would like a second opinion on this. Btw the cooling fan comes on and stays running after the car gets hot and then proceeds to overheat and sometimes it over pressurizes the system with boiling coolant and it escapes through the overflow tank basically kinda on exploding out of it.
