Just discovered you on youtube...totally enjoy your show....this is a car from a pvt party offerred for sale at 5k....Honda Accoed/2011/130,000 miles/.....i think it is a one party owner who i know....what should i look for if buying...thinking i might offer 4k....could you advise me if you have time

Is the car properly maintained? Does this person have a car history to take a peak at? Typically if you are to make a lower offer at least provide a reason as courtesy unless this guy is your best friend. Get the car in for an initial inspection as well unless you really trust this guy I guess.
How about $3000 if it passes a mechanic's inspection? $5000 is a bit much.
That is definitely a good price for the market now, if a mechanic says its in good shape, sure buy it. The only thing about the 2011 Accord you might want to be aware of is that the seats aren't the most comfortable, but thats a personal opinion.
