Hey,
Used car 2005 registration. Nissan Elgrand.
Im hoping I can get some help. Wish I can Attach pictures. I don’t know if anyone would be able to see from pictures any insight into how this has happened or if it can be proven that the car dealer was to blame or who is?
A horrendously scary accident when the tyre fell off. Only bought car two weeeks ago. Traumatised, I had my 3 year old daughter in the car with 15 year old nephew and 64 year old mother! Waiting on contact from a lawyer but trying to get all the help I can. The car lost control at high speed on highway in the UK. I somehow managed to stop it from flipping various times but crashed into barriers both sides a few times. Front tyre also blew out after back tyre lost. Various injuries but we’re alive.
Thank you for any help,
Lisa. 👍🏻

I saw a video of an accident in the UK where someone welded to fix cracks in lower control arms and the brake master cylinder wasn't even connected and it supposedly "passed" a MOT and the person went for a drive and was involved in a fatal accident. You're gonna need the car fully examined to see if was safe to drive on the UK roads and the MOT history and see if any work was done by some unscrupulous garage. Glad you're ok, sounds like some serious investigation needs to happen. Good Luck.
Oh I couldn't tell by just pictures there's so many reasons Wheels can fall off ball joints can break tie rods or struts can break or some pool might just not have tightened the lug nuts and the wheel will just loosen and fly off. This is a big reason you pay a guy like me to check out a used car before you buy you never know what kind of shape it's in but a mechanic does
