Brakes Stiffen up when turning and braking

So I have a 2003 Toyota Tundra about 370 000km (230 000 miles) 4-speed auto with the 4.7L v8. I just brought it into the shop for a check engine light but it's for my catalytic converters and o2 sensors which I'm just gonna ignore but nothing else popped up on the codes. This happens mostly only in parking lots but when I turn sharply and brake my truck makes a weird noise while the brake pedal stiffs up and I can also feel it through my brake pedal. Please click the link to hear the sound it makes. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-UwhvynwlCAeT-XAE66lYcT0NW7NjdPG/view?usp=sharing

Well one of the few things I could do that would be worn rubber parts on your brake line the very end has rubber hose so you can turn the wheel it can't be metal cuz it would bend. And if those houses are old when you turn sharp they kink a little and then they will lock up

Also the guide pins need to be well greased up allowing the caliper to float freely and not bind up
