- Hi,
There's a 4-second delay in my auto transmission when is shifted to Drive. It's a 2016 Mazda 6, 4 cylinder, with 65,000 miles on it, I changed the transmission fluid, and I replaced the valve body.. Didn't fix it. Dealer scanned it and didn't find anything. So finally dealer says I must change the whole transmission.. Should I listen to them?

May I change the whole car I'm not a fan of Mazda automatic transmission on those older ones. But forget the dealer go to an automatic transmission shop and see what they say they might get lucky and find out that it only needs a solenoid or something like that
