Which one is better a 2007 Civic or 2007 Camry or a 2008 or a Volvo SUV forgot which kind but mostly looking at the first 2 choices?

Since you're talking about cars that are 17-18 years old the one that is "better" is the one in the best condition, avoiding models with known problems. (The Volvo would of course be the most costly to maintain and repair.)
You've left out pertinent information such as mileage, engine, transmission, etc.
