I’m currently looking for a commuter car for work and back roughly 80mi round trip 4to5 days a week. Your opinion please 2013 Subaru Legacy 2.5i with 94,000 miles on it or 2013 Scion tC RS 8.0 with 57,000 miles OR POSSIBLY a 2013 Volvo S60 T5 with 87,000 miles....

Go for the Scion.
It is a Toyota product with good gas mileage that can outlast the other two option.
