I have a 2010 KIA Ceed 1.4 L 90 HP. I have 156 k km or close to 100 k miles. It used to burn 1.2 quarts per 900 miles or 1.1 liters per 1500 km. After 500 km or 300 miles it now burns no or very little oil. Is this the calm before the Storm? Thanks a lot to anyone who can answer this or offer suggestions.

Observe it and you will find out. Did you begin to monitor oil level more often?
