Will using Bars Stop Leak- the one with liquid copper(sodium silicate) fixed the leak on the waterpump or oil cooler gasket? Or this is a bad idea to use on those leaks?

No, just replace the water pump and oil cooler gasket. That stuff is intended for coolant, trying to fix a head gasket, nothing else. You also need an ignition source to solidify sodium silicate, temperatures exceed 1500⁰F, hot coolant doesn't reach anywhere remotely close to that temperature.

Replace the water pump and oil cooler gasket.

Not only is there zero chance of it working in that situation, it's a bad idea to use those kind of "sealer" products for anything unless you're dealing with a vehicle where the only other choice is the junkyard.
