Love your videos, planning on doing some minor maintenance myself.
Going V6 to stay away from the turbos.
Retiring next year and wanting a good reliable car. So an automatic is our choice, my wife doesn’t dive stick.
Are there any areas on the car I should be looking out for?
Are there any differences in years?
we’re bigger people so the Miata is out!
I’m in Vancouver Canada.
I will be having the car inspected prior to purchasing.

Well you're planning on doing it right the v6s don't get beat up like the v8s as long as you get the normal non turbo ones right if you like a standard they're a lot more fun to drive but if you're driving a conservatively normally the transmission's held up but do have the mechanic look at the transmission closely

I'm 6'8" and fit no problem.
Maybe you miss read my post, I had mentioned that the Miata was too small.
