Hi, i have a 2006 Hyundai tiburon gs 2.0 4cyl., and i bought this formula made by rislone in yellow bottle ring seal. My question is can i add this to my engine ? Im trying to adjust the valves and this is what i been told by auto zone to add, quite frankly I don't trust AutoZone this is why I'm asking is it okay to add to the engine please let me know ASAP thank you
I wouldn't use it.

...Rislone’s Ring Seal Smoke Repair contains viscosity improvers that thicken the oil film, filling these gaps...
You have VVT and hydraulic lifters so you don't want to add an oil thickener.
If you're looking for a "hail Mary" solution you could try ATS Chemical 505CRO
It cleans carbon and sludge and it may help your noisy lifters.

Scotty has a video where he tries this stuff on a VW and it made a difference. That car had an issue with the low tension piston rings being carboned up but it seemed to work for that. The company says it works for sticking lifters too so it might be worth a try.
No i dont have any issues with the engine , it runs smooth like new the only thing i dont like is to hear the valves and im not sure how to adjust them i seen the video how to do it but its kinda complicated for me im not a car mechanic im a tile guy. 😊

There is no such a thing that you add to the engine and it adjusts the valves. If your engine is slugged up, you may use some cleaners but realize that the engine cleaners have harsh chemicals with can cause seals to leak for older engines.
I have one question for you: Do you have any issues with the engine?
Take it back and get your money back. If you have to ask a question of anyone at AutoZone, you haven't done the research you should have before going there.
I know people at auto zone dont know what they doing, i guess they hiring people this days with no experience necessary.
