OK so I have a 2005 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo I was hooking up to a relay switch for a light bar I was adding on to lights to a existing relay switch but I think it has nothing to do with why my ignition isn’t turning over My skim module won’t recognize my key so my alarm is going off and it won’t turn the engine on now before my battery had died from my alarm going off my key with crank it now all it does is click one time any advice
Just to clarify - the Jeep was working, and you did some electrical work on it, and when you were done the alarm started going off and now the car won't start or even crank? Is the alarm still going off when hooked up to a battery?

Disconnect the battery.
