Hello Scotty,
I have a 08 Mitsubishi Eclipes GS it vibrates alot when im driving ive tried almost everything to stop the vibration, im taking my car into the shop on the 1st of Dec to get my rotors and brakes changed out, and hoping maybe that will fix the problem, is there anything else u might figure out what it could be???

If the vibration is at lower speed, you need alignments. If it happens at higher speed (>65 mph), you need to balance your tires.

Stop throwing parts at it.
Put it in the air and take off the wheel. Inspect axles and components for looseness. Check the wheel balances and or rotate tires.
